About the role
You will manage the billing cycle for US practice clients, from accurate claim submission through to denial follow-up, working within each client’s practice management system.
What you will do
- Prepare and submit claims accurately and on schedule
- Manage denials and rejections through to resolution
- Support coding and insurance verification checks
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
What we need from you
- Experience in US medical billing or revenue cycle work
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding conventions
- Willing to work US business hours
Helpful, not essential
- Prior authorisation experience
- Knowledge of specific practice management platforms
