About the role
Our travel brands receive a steady flow of inbound enquiries. You will respond to each one professionally, understand the customer’s requirements and build a package that meets them.
What you will do
- Handle inbound enquiries for holiday and pilgrimage packages
- Build and quote packages from contracted rates
- Follow up warm leads and manage your own pipeline
- Record accurate customer and booking information
What we need from you
- Clear spoken English and confidence on the phone
- Target-driven, with a record of meeting sales targets
- Willing to work UK business hours
Helpful, not essential
- Travel or Hajj and Umrah sales experience
- Familiarity with booking systems
